Jungle Treking, Two Wheel Drive

This is the pics I forgotten to add to the Collage.. It's a real jungle up here



  The Trail and things I have to get thru.... But the small road and unguarded and without any rails...



 
And the Risk I have to bear....



 Lata Celak.. I will conquer again! The water itself is clear and calm without ANYONE in sight! Only the locals are here.

Zoom in to the Lata IBOI near baling..but don't be fooled..
Other info:
From PENANG:
Drive from the F.Road 67 towards BALING.
Do NOT drive into Baling.
Follow F.Road 4 towards GERIK
Watch out for Kg Tiak on the RIGHT
It's a BIG JUNCTION with Warong Goreng Pisang.
Drive towards SG KUPANG, and you will see a bridge.
Drive another 1 KM or so. Then you will see the Cafe beside the River.
There U Go RIGHT before the bridge.
Drive up the disasterous road for 4 KM.
It's muddy,and abit dangerous. Do not drive up if you don't have emergency tow-rope and driver's kit. No petrol for next 90KM!

Lata Celak

One of the hidden Secrets of Kedah is Lata Iboi and Lata Celak near Kg Tiak off the Highway 4 to Gerik from Baling.

Road going up there..is hell. You need a 4X4 or just on bike..but if you are Gung Ho like me.... I drove up..and it was worth the trip. 20% Slope with bad rubble track...and river rocks...It's a suspension breaker.

Don't take ye Kembara though..it will break the transmission. Small cars..with high suspensions is ok.
