One of the hidden Secrets of Kedah is Lata Iboi and Lata Celak near Kg Tiak off the Highway 4 to Gerik from Baling.Road going up there..is hell. You need a 4X4 or just on bike..but if you are Gung Ho like me.... I drove up..and it was worth the trip. 20% Slope with bad rubble track...and river rocks...It's a suspension breaker.
Don't take ye Kembara though..it will break the transmission. Small cars..with high suspensions is ok.
